Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Karyawan Dimasa Pandemi Covid-19 Di PT. Anugrah Bintang Fajar

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Anugrah Bintang Fajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan peneyebaran kuisioner yang telah diuji validitasnya dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kompensasi (X1) dan Lingkungan kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Hasil perhitungan: 1) Didapat Pvalue (sign) < 0,05 atau T hitung 64,992 > 1,7011 artinya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya ada pengaruh antara Kompetensi (X1) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 0,993 atau 99,3%. 2) Didapat Pvalue (sign) < 0,05 atau T hitung 55,433 > 1,7011 artinya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya ada pengaruh antara Lingkungan Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 0,991 atau 99,1%. 3) Didapat Pvalue (sign) < 0,05 atau F hitung 3665,383 > 2,92 artinya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya ada pengaruh antara Kompensasi (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 0,996 atau 99,6%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: secara bersamaan Kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh dan Lingkungan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Morning Star Award. This research is a quantitative study with survey methods and data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between compensation (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y). Calculation results: 1) Obtained P value (sign) < 0.05 or T count 64.992 > 1.7011 meaning H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is an influence between Competence (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.993 or 99.3%. 2) Obtained P value (sign) < 0.05 or T count 55,433 > 1.7011, meaning that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between the Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.991 or 99.1%. 3) Obtained P value (sign) < 0.05 or F count 3665.383 > 2.92 meaning H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is an influence between Compensation (X1) and Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.996 or 99.6%. Thus it can be concluded that: simultaneously compensation has an influence and the work environment has an influence on employee performance.
