Bogor, Indonesia – A proud achievement has been earned by Indri Guslina, SE., MM., collaboration with Rita Mardiana, B. SE MM, Retno Pratiwi SE MM., Ahmad Juhari, SE MM and Giharjo SE MM, a lecturer at Kampus Budi Bakti, who secured second place at the prestigious 4th International Conference on Research and Development (ICORAD) 2024. The event, held in Bogor, served as a prominent academic platform for scholars and practitioners to discuss various topics related to entrepreneurship.
Indri Guslina presented her research titled “Analysis of Factors Influencing Students’ Decisions to Become Entrepreneurs Reviewed from Motivation, Perception, and Social Environment (Case Study on STIM Budi Bakti Students).”
The study, conducted the motivational elements, perception influences, and social environment impacts shaping students’ entrepreneurial decisions.
In her presentation, Indri emphasized the significance of understanding these factors to create a supportive ecosystem for aspiring entrepreneurs. “Entrepreneurship is not only about skills but is also shaped by motivation, societal perception, and social networks. Our research aims to provide actionable insights for institutions and policymakers to nurture entrepreneurship within educational settings,” she stated.
